The pictures on the webpage do not show up on my device. What do I do?

Click refresh on your browser to reload the page. If this does not work, check your settings to see if you have cookies enabled.

I cannot see the site menu when viewing on my mobile phone. Where is it?

When viewing the site on your mobile phone, click the red box on the top right of the website to view the site menu (next to the Juliette Shoes heading).

How do I  purchase and pay?

After selecting your shoe and your size, you should click Add To Cart. Then select your shipping option and click Proceed To Checkout, after which you may fill in your delivery details (you may create an account if you would like your details to be saved to make your next purchase easier). Click to agree to the terms and conditions, double check your details and click Place Order / Pay for Order.

You will then be directed to the Payfast payment gateway where you will be required to fill in your details to register with this secure service provider (or login if you are a returning customer). Select your payment method ( you may choose to pay via credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or via internet banking). The screens will guide you through the process until you have completed your payment. For 3D verification, a One Time Password will be sent to you by SMS for added security.  After completion, you will be redirected to the page confirming that your order has been received and an email will be sent to you as confirmation of your purchase.

How much do I pay for delivery?

On your cart page, just before checking out, you will be given two options for delivery. Snail Mail is a slightly slower option, but is absolutely FREE.  Speed Services/Fastway is a faster option but you will be charged a flat rate of R75 per pair purchased.

How long must I wait for my shoe?

If you have selected the Snail Mail delivery option, your order will reach you after 7-10 working days. If you have selected Speed Services/Fastway, your order will reach you after 3-5 working days.

How do I track the progress of my delivery?

You may email us at info@julietteshoes.co.za and we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may track your delivery online.

Do you deliver to destinations outside South Africa?

Unfortunately we only ship to destinations within South Africa. You may visit our Store Listing page for a list of retail stockists located outside of South Africa.

Why are prices on this website different to the retail stores?

Stores that stock Juliette Shoes are independent retailers and so, even though each shoe has a recommended retail price, the store is entitled to select their own selling prices.

What happens if the shoe does not fit or is defective?

You may email our Customer Care team at info@julietteshoes.co.za to inform us of this. Thereafter you will be directed to post the shoe back to us at your own cost, in it’s original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. For incorrect sizes, if we do have stock of your alternate size, this will be delivered to you. If we do not have stock of the alternate size or the shoe is defective, then you will be refunded in full.

What do I do if I want to view the physical shoe before buying?

You may visit our Store Listing page for a list of retail stores in and around South Africa that stock Juliette Shoes – and visit the store closest to you.

When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

New Products will be listed periodically and notices will be posted on our Facebook page. Please click “Like” on our Facebook Page www.facebook.com/JulietteShoes to stay updated as to when new shoes are available.

 I would like to purchase a shoe but I cannot complete the checkout process. How do I buy?

You may follow a manual purchase process via email/direct deposit, but please note that this method is slower than the shopping cart purchase method so please allow for an additional 1 or 2 days for delivery. To make a manual purchase, send an email to info@julietteshoes.co.za  indicating that you would like to buy a product but cannot complete the checkout process on the website. In this email, please provide us with the following information:
Product description, SKU, Colour, Size, Your name, Your surname, Your delivery address+postal code, Your cell number, Your home tel #, Your work tel #, Your email address. Thereafter we we will check stock availibility and email you back with our banking details. You can do a direct deposit into our account with reference as: your surname – SKU – size and email the proof of payment to us at info@julietteshoes.co.za. Your order will then be dispatched as soon as possible.
